Revamped Website

Just a few weeks before Christmas, Germany Trade & Invest launched a new platform for its online visitors featuring a new design, improved functions and extended content.

For those interested in investing in Germany, access to relevant information is now available at the click of a mouse, ensuring that foreign visitors find just what they are looking for. Redesigning and improving the interactive features of the site were key goals for this re-launch so as to facilitate contact with our in-house experts for potential investors.

Interactive Section

The homepage features a new interactive section with our most recent updates. Here, users also have direct access to their sector of interest and all key contact information will be at their disposal. With these improvements, search times will be decreased and direct assistance streamlined.

Visitors are able to test their knowledge of the German business environment by taking part in polls and by providing feedback in the form of user comments. Social media functions also play a key role here: users can share content with their networks and will be able to discuss topics in the near future in the new iXPOS community.

Personalized Area

Regular users can benefit from additional features upon registration: by logging on, one will be able to have a personalized homepage where pages visited can be saved, and a shopping cart for purchases can be accessed, along with a search function that enables the user to configure e-alerts on particular topics.

Search Engine

And speaking of searches, this area has been optimized too. Instead of a simple search, an advanced search provides users with more specific search results. A new suggestion tool also significantly speeds up searches.

The website provides both information on relevant sectors and a solid overview of Germany as an investment location, including an 'FDI ticker'.
