Consulting Services for Education Sector (Technical and Vocational Education and Training)

Brief description of the contract:

The Consultancy team will support the Ministry of Education and the selected TVET institutes in the implementation of the FC Project.

The requested services comprise: Engineering services and contract management, as well as the specification of necessary technical and non-technical equipment and furnishing, the development of tender documents, preparation and supervision of delivery services and installation of delivered goods. The Consultant should furthermore be responsible for the monitoring of instruction sessions for teaching staff regarding technical equipment and the development and the implementation of a concept regarding the introduction of a scholarship program for industry-oriented training courses offered at the Centers of Excellence. Collaboration between beneficiary TVET institutes and so-called "Champion Companies" should be supported and the needs for required ICT-solutions assessed. Moreover, Awareness campaigns for HIV / AIDS mainstreaming shall be conducted at all supported TVET school
