Based on the KfW’s “no objection” dated November 4^th, 2022, and CPIU Decision No 35 dated November 29^th , 2022, the Tender “Engineering, Supply of Goods and Construction Works for the Rehabilitation and Extension of District Heating Networks (Yellow FIDIC)” has been cancelled.

• Lot 2: Engineering, Supply of Goods and Construction Works for the Rehabilitation and Extension of District Heating Networks for JP Gradska toplana Jagodina
• Lot 3: Engineering, Supply of Goods and Construction Works for the Rehabilitation and Extension of District heating Networks for JKP Badnjevo Negotin
• Lot 4: Engineering, Supply of Goods and Construction Works for the Rehabilitation and Extension of District Heating Networks for JP ELGAS Senta

comprising: Design of Pre-insulated Pipes and Accessories for installation at four different destinations, Static calculations, Permitting procedures, Supply of goods to the sites, Pipe Works and Civil Works, Quality insurance measures for the Work in compliance with the suppliers instructions and applicable EU standards as defined in the Tender documents, Workshop about pre-insulated DH pipe technology for the representatives of the Employers as defined in the Provisions and Additional Requirements

Interested applicants had to apply for all four lots, as only one Bidder will be awarded for all Lots.
