Consulting Services, Conservation and Sustainable Use of Natural Resources Project

Brief description of the Contract:

Within the framework of the financial cooperation between Germany and Colombia, KfW is co-financing the project "Conservation and Sustainable Use of Natural Resources" (Project), which is part of the Herencia Colombia (HeCo) initiative, with up to EUR 7 million. The project aims to consolidate the management of selected protected areas and improve connectivity in priority corridors as a contribution to the protection and sustainable use of natural resources.

The consulting services are aimed at supporting PNNC in the planning, implementation and monitoring of the project, as well as to ensure the achievement of project objectives. Accordingly, the services comprise, among others, the following support components to PNNC's Project Executing Unit:

I. Support, through specific inputs, in all aspects and processes of planning, implementation and technical and financial monitoring of the Project
II. Contribution to Project Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), both in technical and methodological terms
III. Contribution to the elaboration of the Project Operating Manual (POM)
IV. Participation in the procurement of goods and services
