Sönke Thoms Appointed Germany Trade & Invest CAO

Sönke Thoms has joined the executive management of Germany Trade & Invest (GTAI) as Chief Administrative Officer (CAO). Together with CEO Julia Braune, he will help drive the organization's strategic and operational development.

As CAO, Thoms is responsible for the Service & Administration division as well as the Strategic Partnerships & Projects, Development & Controlling, and Digital Transformation & Technology units. In addition, he will oversee the establishment and development of GTAI's new Human Resources function.

With the expansion of its management team, GTAI is strengthening its leadership structure and creating the foundation for the organization's continued development.
