Consulting Services, Digitalization/Automation/Rehabilitation of the Energy Transmission System

Brief description of the Contract:

• Qualified independent consultants are invited to submit prequalification documents for consulting services for the implementation of the a.m. project. The project comprises the elaboration of a feasibility study which shall include the following 3 components: a) Elaboration of a feasibility study for the automation/digitalization (RTU/SCMS) of selected high voltage substations including the rehabilitation of the transmission system infrastructure and the rehabilitation of the network control center (SCADA/EMS) b) Elaboration of a protective relay setting and coordination study c) Elaboration of ESIAs (Option).

The feasibility to be elaborated shall be based on an already elaborated pre-feasibility study and shall serve OST (Transmission System Operator of Albania) as an implementation guide for the respective project measures and as a basis for further investment decisions.
