Consulting, Organizational Development and Assessment of the School Boards

Requested Services: 

The objective of the assignment is two-fold. The Contractor will: 

1. provide organizational development services to make the “Directorate for Employers Relations" at the National Agency for Employment and VET functional, effective and efficient in their service provision according to their assigned mandate; 

2. conduct an assessment of the school boards in the VET providers with a special focus on private sector engagement to improve school-business collaboration as well as on the policy dialogue between the VET providers and the governing bodies at meso and macro level. A capacity building component shall ensure that the governing bodies (MECI, NAES, NAVETQ) are empowered to effectively monitor training provision at providers level.
