Construction of a Kindergarten and Schools (Energy Efficiency in Public Buildings - Republika Srpska Component)

Brief Description of the Contract:

• The Ministry of Spatial Planning, Construction and Ecology of Republika Srpska now invites sealed Qualification Documents and Bids from eligible Bidders for construction works of the second lot (“Two Public Buildings”) of the project consisting of a kindergarten and primary school located in Visegrad and Rudo respectively. Construction works comprise of the energy-efficient rehabilitation and modernization of the buildings, amongst others the increase of structural integrity, energy efficiency, and basic comfort. The awarded contractor is expected to execute the construction works for both buildings entirely.
