Consulting Services for Technical Assistance to EPBiH in Market-Oriented Green Transformation

Requested Services: 

• This tender aims to procure consulting services under the EFSD+ TA Component. EPBiH, with support from KfW, will conduct an international competitive bidding process to select a Consultant for the implementation of targeted TA Measures
  (TAM). These include EPBiH diagnostics and gap analysis, the development of an annual GHG monitoring and reporting plan, support for a decarbonization roadmap, alignment with EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) standards, adoption of a gender equity policy, and preparation for the establishment of a Virtual Power Plant (VPP) aggregator together with Grid digitalization/communication strategy and Cyber security subcomponents.
