The Consultant shall provide the Client with engineering expertise for the execution of the Detailed Preliminary Design studies, Environmental and Social Studies, preparation of the Bidding Documents, assistance during the procurement process, as well as the supervision and control of the works, including environmental and social monitoring of the construction phase, with the aim of improving the electricity supply in the eastern region of Côte d'Ivoire, particularly in the Iffou region,
