Project:

The objective of PRISDAPGNE is to operationalize the Integrated Administration Network (RIA) in Greater Abidjan for interconnecting public administrations and subsequently making e-services produced by the public administration available to a broad audience (citizens, economic operators).

Brief Description of the Contract:

The Technical assistance will be organized around three components:

• Component 1: Rehabilitation and strengthening of the Integrated Administration Network (RIA)

• Component 2: Software, e-Services (Electronic Document Management)

• Component 3: Governance and change management/capacity building
