Brief description of the Contract:
The Services requested within the framework of this tender are the consulting services to provide support to the Ministry of the Environment, Water and Ecological Transition of Ecuador in:
- Provide general and specialized advice to the Program management team in the planning, implementation, and supervision of this program.
- Support the implementation of the Program in respect of environmental and social standards.
- Support, advise and provide approval to different documents relevant to the execution of the Program (terms of reference, bidding bases, award processes, contracts and payments, disbursements, among others), complying with KfW's administrative procedures.
The Project covers marine-coastal protected areas (CCA) will concentrate on five (5) AMCP, called emblematic areas, in three (3) mosaics, in the north, center and south of the country and two (2) adjoining areas in said mosaics and activities that strengthen the AMCP network in its entirety.
