Design/Construction of a Solar PV Power Plant

Brief description of the Contract:

• The PEA is in process of developing and procuring a solar PV power plant (PVPP) with a capacity of ca. 125 MWAC (the "Project") for which KfW intends to provide financing in form of a promotional loan. The Project sites are located in Goaltore ca. 170k west of Calcutta. The Project will be implemented through a turnkey Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contract including five years of operation and maintenance (O&M).

Requested Services:

• The scope of works shall include designing, planning, engineering, procurement (manufacturing / supply), construction / erection, testing, commissioning and five (5) years of O&M for a 125 MW (AC) SPVPP as a turnkey contract. This includes five (5) years of spare parts and all necessary on-site infrastructure (such as roads, cables, service area, fencing, security, water supply, telecommunications, space for on-site personnel for security and operations, storage and control room and other services as required). The Contractor shall commit to supply a yearly minimum amount of energy to be calculated based on the local weather conditions.
