Consulting, Implementation Consultant (Credit Guarantee Facility - CGF)

Project:

The principal objective is to improve MSEs’ access to credit for rooftop solar installations, thereby promoting renewable energy use by MSEs, and to generate credit performance data that enables financial institutions to serve this segment sustainably.

Requested Services:

The Implementation Consultant (IC) is expected to support CGTMSE in the implementation of the Credit Guarantee Facility. 

The Services will include, inter alia:

• Support to CGTMSE in setting up and operating the facility in line with the Operations Manual, including PFI empanelment and agreements
• Review, revision and implementation of the compliance system
• Implementation of the environmental and social management system (ESMS) and management of environmental, social, health and safety (ESHS) risks

• Development and application of technical standards and quality requirements for rooftop solar PV (and battery storage) sub-projects, including technical quality checks
