Brief Description of the Contract:

• It shall be the ICs responsibility to implement and manage both projects including a needs assessment at the start, development of selection criteria of schools, development of technical specifications and procurement of the IT equipment as well as assuring support after installation of the equipment and trainings if necessary. The IC shall develop a monitoring and evaluation methodology, implement it and derive concrete recommendations to ensure a successful and sustainable utilization of the equipment.
  The consultant shall provide services which go beyond the mere procurement and shall include comprehensive advisory services, e.g. technical solutions based on scientific findings about acceptance and usage, and curriculum needs, to ensure that the project achieves long-term sustainable impacts.
