Project Measures

The scope of the present tender consists of the following project measures:

• Construction of sewer trunk mains;

• Rehabilitation of sewer networks and house connections;

• Storm water separation;

• Construction of new administration buildings;

• Mobile equipment and vehicles and spare parts for O&M;

• Consultancy services for the implementation of the Program

Brief description of the Contract:

RWCP is seeking to engage a qualified Consultant for support in programme implementation

• Review the existing feasibility studies;

• Detailed design for the construction of new or rehabilitated trunk mains, sewer networks, storm water and other infrastructure;

• Technical specifications for all goods and mobile equipment to be supplied;

• Preparing tender documents, accompanying the tender processes and preparing the award of contracts for all construction works and supply of goods and services and any investment from remaining funds;

• Construction supervision of construction works as well as delivery of vehicles and equipment and accompanying during the defects liability period (DLP);

• Support and monitoring of the land acquisition process and all activities related to environmental, social aspects and operational health and safety;

• Support for reporting to KfW, in line with KfW Reporting Requirements;

• Other measures deemed necessary and yet to be defined
