Project

The overall objective of the PCPC is to 1) support communal development in the selected communes by improving the provision of basic infrastructure to the population and 2) support the improvement of the performance of the selected communes in terms of efficiency, quality and reliability using financial incentives.

Brief Description of the Contract:

The objective of the Technical Assistance assignment will be to support ANICT in its management of Components 1 and 2 of the Project in accordance with the guidelines of the German Financial Cooperation and in compliance with national and international environmental and social standards, inter alia: overall and financial management, monitoring the design of the construction of communal infrastructure, ensuring overall environmental and social compliance in terms of health and safety on construction sites, procurement, refining a monitoring system including a decentralised monitoring system and geolocation and reporting.
