Brief Description of the Contract:

  • As part of the project to support the Ministry of Fisheries in implementing its fishing strategy, a consulting firm specialized in shipbuilding is sought to assist with project management for the procurement of an offshore patrol vessel. The purpose of the vessel is to monitor fishing, rescue people in distress at sea, and combat pollution. The consulting services include, among other things, needs analysis and technical approval
