Construction, Energy Efficiency Measures in Public Buildings

Brief description of the Contract:

The Montenegrin Ministry of Capital Investments will use a portion of the available funds for the payments of the work to be performed under the two contracts for which this invitation for Pre-qualification is issued, and invites sealed applications from eligible Applicants for:

Lot 1 - Cluster IV / Rehabilitation and Modernization of Three School Facilities

• Project 1 - Primary School "Risto Ratković", Bijelo Polje
• Project 2 - Primary School "Vladislav Sl. Ribnikar", Bijelo Polje
• Project 3 - Primary School "Vuk Karadžić", Berane

Lot 2 - Cluster VI / Rehabilitation and Modernization of Four School Facilities

• Project 1 - Secondary School "Petar Lubarda", Cetinje
• Project 2 - Primary School “Lovćenski partizanski odred”, Cetinje
• Project 3 - Primary School “Jugoslavija” Primary School, Bar
•  Project 4 - Primary School “Srbija”, Old Town of Bar

The general scope of the Works shall cover application of energy efficiency measures, structural measures that are of basic importance for the serviceability of the buildings and comfort measures.
