Requested Services:

• Under the afore-mentioned Project for the Promotion of Inclusive and Sustainable Urban Development (ISUD), support the provision of a) essential public infrastructure, including basic public services, such as water and sanitation, electricity, roads and walkways, drainage and security infrastructure, as well as b) socioeconomic infrastructure, such as early childhood centres, classrooms, playgrounds, community centres, public spaces, sports facilities, landscaping and local economic development initiatives. The project management assignment has seven phases: 1. Preparation of Phase I; 2. Design and preparation of bidding documents; 3. Tendering; 4. Supervision and documentation of works; 5. Support during the Defects Notification Period (DNP); 6. Targeted technical assistance; and 7. Preparation of Phase II.
