Consulting Services for the Implementation of the A+F Measure (Poverty-oriented Development of Infrastructure)

Brief description of the Contract:

Implementation of an A+F Measure for a project of German Financial Cooperation (FC) providing low-income households with access to affordable formal plots and title deeds, basic infrastructure and sanitation services in cooperation with the NGO DWN.

Requested Consulting Services:

The presumed duration of the project (A+F Measure) is 36 months. The tasks of the Consultant are to provide capacity building and training measures for Development Workshop Namibia (DWN) to sustainably strengthen their capacities to implement the FC-Project “Poverty-oriented Development of Infrastructure in Urban Areas in Namibia” (BMZ No.: 2019 67 462) successfully and in an efficient and effective manner, of which the components are:

• Component 1: Providing low-income households with access to affordable formal plots and title deeds
• Component 2: Provision of Basic (bulk) Infrastructure
• Component 3: Provision of Sanitation Services
• Component 4: NGO transformation to social enterpris
