Brief Description of the Contract:

Management advisory services regarding NamPost Funding Facility in support of Micro-Lending to MSME and Low-Income Households in overcoming the Covid-19 crisis. The services of the Consultant shall lead towards achieving the objectives of the project measures and have been broken down into six main tasks:

I. Institutional and Strategic Positioning, Product Innovation
II. Risk Management and Corporate Governance
III. IT, Process Landscape and Workflows involved in the Credit Process, developing a comprehensive ESMS
IV. Employee and Management Training
V. Digitization Strategy
VI. Impact Study: Measuring that the Credit Facility benefits borrowers who have been affected by the COVID-19 Pandemic
