Project

The Project concerns the support of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in its efforts regarding the Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) No. 11 “Sustainable Cities and Communities”. To this end the Project shall introduce an integrated multi-sector approach to improve the physical living conditions of people in tehsil-towns regarding water supply, wastewater, and solid waste management in the districts of Dera Ismail Khan and Bannu

Brief description of the Contract:

The Implementation Consultant shall support the Project-Executing Agency amongst others in the following:

(i) elaborating the details of the Project design

(ii) designing and implementing required tenders

(iii) developing and implementing appropriate technical solutions

(iv) developing concepts and material for awareness raising, capacity building, and participatory approaches. 

(v) developing a monitoring system

(vi) developing and setting up a website to portrait innovative technical solutions, project activities and enable beneficiaries to exchange on experiences and ideas regarding the utilization of water and the management of wastewater and solid waste.

(vii) opening and managing the Disposition Fund
