Consulting Services, TVET (Project Implementation and Accompanying Measure)

Project:

The objective of the project is to improve the capacities and labour market relevance of dual education. The project has two components: Construction/rehabilitation and equipment of three TVET schools, whereby the third one is not yet fixed and depends on the availability of budget after detailed planning: (1) Railway School in Belgrade, (2) Aviation Academy in Belgrade and (3) the Technical School Stara Pazova (still under discussion, might be exchanged). The infrastructure measures will be planned considering energy and resource efficiency and other green building standards. The second component is an accompanying measure (AM) for technical assistance and capacity building to the schools and the Employer in supporting dual education, digitalization, business planning and sustainable operations.

Brief Description of the Contract:

• Implementation consultant services covering both components (investment and accompanying measures). The services shall comprise assistance in: (1) detailed project planning, financial management and procurement, monitoring and reporting; (2) managing the infrastructure process from architectural design to site supervision and final acceptance of works including the TVET equipment planning and installation; (3) accompanying support to the schools in business planning, operational matters and dual education.
