Design and Construction, Heating Substations (Majdanpek)

Brief description of the Contract:

engineering, supply of goods and installation works for heating substations and accessories for JKP Majdanpek, comprising of the following scope:

• Detailed design as required in accordance to the Serbian Law
• Deliveries and installation works (specifically defined the tender documents) for indirect type compact substations and accessories
• Dismantling works of old equipment
• Permitting procedures (if applicable)

The delivery scope for the substations includes, but is not limited to below listed equipment:

• Control Valves (Combination Valves and 2-Way Valves including Drives)
• Sensors for Temperature and Pressure
• Heat Exchangers
• Digital Control Units
• Pumps
• Armature (Balancing Valves, Check Valves, Ball Valves, Strainers/Filters, Draining/Venting Vessels, Venting Vessels)
• Safety valves
• Measurement Devices (Manometers & Thermometers)
• Heat meters (including calibration and verification procedures in accordance with Serbian Law)
• Supply of SCADA system (hardware and software), installation, parameter setting and putting into operation including commissioning.
