Requested Services:
- In response to operational demands and efficiency challenges, the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA) launched a comprehensive digital transformation project in 2023. The goal was to digitize all core functions through the acquisition or development of specialised application systems to streamline workflows, enhance decision-making and improve stakeholder engagement. Phase 1 of this initiative has been completed. However, additional functionality is still required to fully realize the project’s goals of digitization, operational control, and modernization. This tender is to procure consulting services for the provision of software development, support and maintenance services to further SAHPRA’s digital transformation.
