Brief description of the Contract:
Pamir Energy plans to build the 11 MW Sebzor HPP run-of-river small hydropower scheme on the Shokhdara River in Roshtqala districts of VMKB in Tajikistan. The project is located about 20 kilometres south–east from the regional centre of Khorog. The hydropower project consists of a 3.1 km long buried steel penstock, feeding into a powerhouse with three vertical Pelton generating units with an installed capacity of about 3 x 3.7 MW and a 110kV / 35 kV switchyard. The plant net head is about 115 m and the chosen plant design discharge is set to 12 m³/s resulting in an estimated generation potential of about 94.5 GWh annually. The project will be built in the Years 2022 and 2023.
For the realisation of the Sebzor HPP Pamir Energy, as the Project Executing Agency (PEA), is inviting suitably qualified and experienced contractors to participate in the tender for the award of contract for the Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Electromechanical Equipment for the Project. It is foreseen to realise the Project on split contract basis i.e. (1) Civil/Hydraulic steel Works Contract, and (2) Electrical and Mechanical Works Contract. The Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Electromechanical Equipment will be guided by the FIDIC YELLOW book.
