Consulting Services for Implementation of ICT Infrastructure Project (National Health Insurance Fund)

Brief Description of the Contract: 

• Implementation Consultant for the review of ICT infrastructure and systems supporting operations of the Fund towards Universal health Insurance to the Tanzanian population; tasks:

  1. Assessment of the current IT infrastructure, data and application services of the NHIF and the interfaces with systems and business processes of other stakeholders in the Health Sector; 

  2. Gap Analysis and Needs Assessment; 

  3. Recommend ICT projects that need to be implemented to facilitate implementation of universal health insurance coverage; 

  4. Recommend the most acceptable ICT projects for the effectiveness and efficiency of National Health Insurance Fund by ensuring that it has the optimal structure, resources, and capacities to deliver on its assigned responsibilities and commitments
