Brief Description of the Contract:

• Preparation of strategic water and sanitation masterplans for Unguja and Pemba (Zanzibari archipelago). This includes an assessment of the existing situation, coordination with the relevant authorities and donor community, overall strategic planning and the development of project outlines.
