Consultancy Services for Construction Supervision of City Hospital Schools (Disaster Reduction)

Requested Services: 

• Construction Supervision of “Göztepe Prof. Süleyman Yalcin City Hospital Phase 2” and “Schools to be Reconstructed” (KfW3-CB1.1). 

  Göztepe Prof.Göztepe Süleyman Yalçın City Hospital is one of the largest healthcare service providers in terms of bed capacities and provided treatment for inpatients. Besides, it also provides services for a highly significant number of outpatients. Göztepe Prof.Dr.Süleyman Yalçın City Hospital  is a general hospital but it also has a major function as Pediatrics. 

  The new buildings named as Phase 2, Morphology, Oncology and Kinder Garden are planned to be constructed adjacent to the existing hospital complex (Phase 1 of Göztepe Prof.Göztepe Süleyman Yalçın City Hospital) having a closed area of approximately 135.500 m². These services further comprise supervising reconstruction / construction works on educational buildings located in various districts of Istanbul with a total closed area of approx. 25.000 m².

  Consultants shall be responsible for:

• On-site construction supervision throughout the construction period

• Supervising the works, including defects liability period 

• Acting as the engineer under the contracts
