Consultancy Services for Retrofitting Supervision of Public Buildings

Brief Description of the Contract:

• Construction supervision of retrofitting works and related repair and renovation works (architectural, mechanical, electrical, fire system, etc.) in public buildings such as schools, hospitals, polyclinics and dormitories etc. These public buildings are located in Istanbul. The final number of public buildings will be given in the Request for Proposal (RfP) documents to be sent to the short-listed consultants.
  Consultants shall be responsible for:
  •On-site construction supervision throughout the construction period
  •Supervising the Works including defects liability period
  •Acting as the Engineer under the contracts
