CANCELLATION OF THE TENDER NOTICE!

One of the tenders did not meet the minimum requirements. 
During the contract negotiations there was no possibility of coming to an agreement.

Requested Services: 

• Consulting and support services, supply and implementation of software modules and IT infrastructure required for a new system relating to general, budgetary and analytical accounting, treasury, data management, business Intelligence and reporting. The solution offered should be based on modules part of a robust Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution. The required infrastructure must comply with the government’s strategy, which is based on a certified private cloud environment according to Tunisian regulations. The project also requires the use of interoperability platforms to ensure exchanges with both internal and external systems at the Ministry of Finance.
