Requested Services:
The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) anticipates receiving funding from the German Government via Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau KfW to support displacement-affected communities in Türkiye.
This Expression of Interest (EOI) process is the first stage of a two-stage process. DRC intends to distribute vouchers up to a value of EUR 3,262,500.00 to approximately 1,700 business start-ups, including Micro and Small Enterprises MSEs and Home-Based Businesses HBBs, during 2026–2027, through one or more E-CARD/VOUCHER SERVICES PROVIDERS to implement a Voucher Assistance Programme.
Required options to deliver vouchers to beneficiaries are as follows:
- Smart cards, prepaid cards, electronic vouchers - through banks or non-bank.
