Brief Description of the Contract:

Consulting Services to support the implementation of the Project “Improving Access to Finance in the Agricultural Sector” in Uganda”; Tasks:

Task 1: Selection of Partner Financial Institutions (PFI) – Tender management to select the PFIs

Task 2: Technical Assistance to UDB and PFIs

  • UDB – Reporting and Monitoring, ESMS, Green Finance

  • PFI – Support in all aspects necessary for lending to the agricultural sector, design of new loan products, reporting and monitoring, ESMS, Green Finance, risk mitigation

  • At the end of the project: Analysis on the impact of the project
