Consulting Services, Strengthening the Funding Landscape and Recovery Financing in Ukraine

Brief Description of the Contract:
 

• The consultant shall assist the Ukrainian Ministry of Finance (MoF) and the Business Development Fund (BDF)  in assessing the MoF’s and BDF’s institutional capacities, formulating recommendations to enhance their institutional framework, implementing those – including the development and purchasing of IT solutions - and initiating necessary institutional and operational changes.
