Consulting Services for Project Implementation (Health Care)

Brief Description of the Contract:

Project: 

• The Project concerns the improvement of clinical knowledge, diagnosis, and management in the field of cardiovascular diseases at all levels of care, as well as strengthening the referral system for cerebro-vascular and coronary heart diseases. This shall be achieved through the provision of medical equipment at all health care levels and trainings along the referral chain. Hence, the Project covers both investment as well as accompanying measures.

Requested Services: 

• The objective of the Implementation Consultant’s assignment is to provide expertise in engineering, design and construction supervision as well as institutional, legal, and management support to the PEA to ensure an effectual realisation of the investment.
