Consulting, Strengthening the Provincial Healthcare System (Healthcare)

Brief Description of the Contract:

• Improve access of the population (particularly poor and disadvantaged groups) to decentralized, needs-oriented and high-quality healthcare services as part of an efficient referral system. The current Programme phase ‘Decentralized Health Care Systems’ concerns the provision of medical equipment, its installation and related instructions in selected district, regional and provincial health facilities. Against this backdrop, the following inputs - inter alia - are required within the framework of the afore-mentioned project dedicated to Strengthening Provincial Health Services in Nghe An Province: Review preparatory studies and other documentation, review and update the medical equipment list for each of the hospitals, prepare a consolidated bill-of-quantity (BoQ) and finalize itemized list of medical equipment with detailed technical specifications and develop tender documents.
