Brief description of the contract:
The Tirana City Council plans to develop a public transport system in the urban area of Tirana along 3 corridors: East-West Corridor (Kinostudio-Kombinat), Unaza (Circular Line; City Center and 3rd Ring), Tirana e Re (Circular Line; central/western part of the City).
Requested Services:
A Feasibility and Project Development Study shall be carried out for the 3 corridors including: Surveys of the corridors, demand projections, outline design for infrastructure and equipment, including rolling stock, investment costs, O&M costs and revenues, legal and institutional aspects, implementation concept and project phasing, financial and economic analyses.
