Energy Efficiency Sector
The Program Energy Efficiency in Public Sector was agreed between the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany. The project concerns the implementation of energy efficiency measures in public buildings in Morocco, mainly: - Effective lighting by replacing existing lamps with LED lamps - Replacement or renovation of air conditioning units with high efficiency or centralized units - Improving the thermal performance of the buildings and performance of boiler systems - Use of a solar thermal system to meet the needs of hot water; - Self-generation of electricity by solar PV system on the site
In the implementation of this project, the Services requested from the Consultant as part of this allocation are amongst others as follows: 1. Support the PMU in the implementation of the project; 2. Participate in initial planning with the building owners; 3. Support the analysis of building fleets and the identification of EA project lots; 4. Initiate baseline collection processes for building lots and support analysis of the data received; 5. Participate in needs assessment studies, etc.
