Project Objectives
The objective of the project FCTI is to set up Centres of Competence (CoC), regional technical and vocational education and training (TVET) hubs with a sectoral focus. The MoETE will implement the FCTI in three phases. Phase one provides for establishing a batch of up to three CoCs. The phases 2 and 3 provide for establishing additionally 3 batches of up to 9 CoCs. A project management consultant (PMC) will support the MoETE in the implementation of phase 1 (base services) of FCTI.
