Brief description of the Contract:

• Design of 2 Centers of Competence (CoC); The interventions will be implemented in 2 locations: A new and empty land and in an existing public Technical Secondary School (TSS) which shall be transformed into a CoC by integrating a number of existing structures and adding new building components as necessary.
