Structure and execute prioritized projects that include road infrastructure works (such as culverts, pavement slabs, box culverts, among others) and strengthen the capacities of community organizations related to planning, execution, operation, and maintenance of road infrastructure in the municipalities of Morelia, San José del Fragua and Valparaíso in the department of Caquetá.
