Brief Description of the Contract:
Construction of a technical and vocational education and training centre of excellence for construction and logistics at Didi Digomi in Tbilisi. The envisaged construction period is up to twenty-eight months followed by a defects notification period (DNP) of twenty-four (24) months. The works consist of three buildings containing classrooms & workshops (3 to 6 floors, total of 13,000 m2 gross floor area), and outdoor facilities and landscaping.

Brief Description of the Contract:
Qualified independent consultants are invited to submit prequalification documents for consulting services for the implementation of the a.m. project. The Project concerns the rehabilitation and modernization of the 110 kV and 220 kV transmission network of KOSTT. The consultant will fulfil the role of a FIDIC Engineer including preparation of tender documents acc. to FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Plant and Design Build (Yellow Book).
