Project:
- The Western Balkans 6 Chamber Investment Forum—WB6-CIF— has received financing from KfW Development Bank in the form of a financial contribution toward the cost of the Regional Challenge Fund project. The “Regional Challenge Fund” (the “RCF”) is a distinct facility set up to strengthen the labour market relevance of vocational training (VET), particularly through support to VET projects that are jointly implemented by vocational training institutes and partner enterprises (cooperative training approach) in the Western Balkans 6 countries.
Requested Services:
The overall objective of this consultancy is to advance the VET system reform in the areas of financial autonomy and institutional transformation of Multifunctional Centres (MFCs) in the Republic of Albania, which are envisioned to be self-sustaining institutions that combine education, production, and innovation.
