Supply, Assembly and Construction Measures (Waste Management)

Requested Services:

• Supply, assembly and construction of measures adding to and/or finalising already partially completed facilities for a modern integrated solid waste management and landfill site in Sherishtë, near Vlora. The Works will be implemented as three (3) Lots. Applicants are required to bid for all Lots which will be awarded as one (1) single Works Contract, whereby all Works are tendered according to KfW Standard Bidding Documents - FIDIC Pink Book.

  The Works/three (3) Lots principally comprise
  
  Lot 1 - Civil Works:
  
  Finalisation works for the already built: Leachate collection manholes, landfill ring road, landfill gas collection units etc.
  
  Earth-retaining structure with bored piles
  
  Erosion slope protection
  
  Improvement of Surface Water Managements: Closure of Surface Water Retention Pool, construction and rehabilitation of concrete channels, etc.
  
  Leachate Management: Mechanical protection of the ponds
  
  Site Infrastructures: Installation of guardrails, planting of trees, etc.
  
  Auxiliary Buildings: Joinery, indoor finishing, furniture’s, laboratory equipment, hardware & software, water heating, equipment, etc.
  
  Material Recovery Facility: Joinery, furniture’s, hardware & software, retaining wall, earthworks and road works, reinstatement of infrastructure, etc.
  
  Vlora Municipal Depot: Furniture, hardware & software, equipment, etc.
   

  Lot 2 - Electrical Works:
  
  Site infrastructure: Cables, external lighting, IT network & CCTV, etc.
  
  Auxiliary Buildings: Cables, IT network & CCTV, air conditioners, firefighting etc.
  
  Power transformer station: Finishing of civil works, commissioning etc.
  
  Material Recovery Facility: Cables, lighting, IT network & CCTV, air conditioners, firefighting, etc.
  
  Vlora Municipal Depot: Cables, equipment and connections, lightning pole, firefighting, etc.
   

  Lot 3 - Hydraulic Works:

  Sewerage: Testing the network, finishing works for septic tank, etc.
  
  Water supply: Technical water container equipment, etc.
  
  Technical / service water: Pipe laying, galvanized pipes, fittings, etc.
  
  Firefighting network: Pumping system, hydrants, pressure testing
  
  Auxiliary buildings: Sanitary equipment etc.
  
  Material Recovery Facility: Sprinkler system, hydrants, etc.
  
  Vlora Municipal Depot: Pressure, testing, disinfection, etc.
