Brief Description of the Contract:

  • Lot 1: upgrade/extension or replacement of the existing SCADA system installed in the Distribution Control Center, located in OSHEE’s headquarters in Tirana. The updated/extended or new system shall comprise one (1) Main Control Center and one (1) Back-up Control Center, arranged in a multi-redundancy configuration. The new Distribution Control Center(s) shall be designed to cover the major requirements for monitoring and control of the Albanian power distribution system network
