Requested Services:
- Consulting services for the rehabilitation of high-voltage equipment and the digitalization of the 110 kV switchyards (usually without the transformer bays) of up to 40 substations. The Consultant shall provide expertise in concept preparation, tendering, engineering, supervision over construction and commissioning, and overall project management services to the Employer to ensure the successful implementation of the Project in terms of time, cost, quality, and compliance with national ESHS regulations and international ESHS standards. The Consultant shall support the Employer in its role as FIDIC Employer’s Representative under the FIDIC Yellow Book.
