Project

The Project concerns the upgrading of urban and rural infrastructure and improvement of touristic sites, such as the rehabilitation of waterfronts and promenades, facade upgrade, urban requalification of public squares, access roads, parking spaces and lightning as well as the improvement of water and wastewater supplies at these sites.
The expected outcome is the provision of new touristic destinations, fully furnished and accessible.

The services requested under this assignment aim at the enhancement of the living conditions as well we the development of the touristic potential for selected sites in the Municipalities of Progradec and Pustec as well as other locations throughout Albania to be determined at a later stage.

Requested Services:

The PEA is seeking to engage a qualified consultant to perform the following services for the implementation of the investments in the urban and touristic development:

• Validation of the existing concept studies in cooperation with the PEA
• Preparation of concept studies for the not yet defined work packages if necessary
• Preparation of designs for the construction of the infrastructure
• Preparation and support of the implementation of Land Acquisition and resettlement plans
• Conducting the entire tender processes (goods and services) for all concerned measures
• Implement all activities related to ESHS and OHS
• Construction supervision
• Visibility measures
• Assistance to the PEA during Defects Notification Period
