Consulting Services, Energy Efficiency Measures in Public Buildings

Brief description of the Contract:

Qualified independent consultants are invited to submit prequalification documents for consulting services for the implementation of the a.m. project. The project comprises the energy efficient reconstruction and modernization of approximately 20 school and kindergarten facilities.

The Consultant shall provide expertise in concept preparation, technical design, tendering, construction and commissioning supervision and project management to the Employer to ensure the implementation of the project with respect to time, cost and quality. The Consultant will fulfill the role of a FIDIC Engineer according to the FIDIC Red / Pink Book.
