Short description of the services tendered:

As part of German Financial Cooperation (FC) with Bosnia and Herzegovina, the German Government and the Government of Bosnia and Herzegovina have agreed to rehabilitate and to modernize the Pumped-Storage Power Plant Čapljina (PSHPP Čapljina).

To this end, a loan is to be provided for investment and consulting measures

  • These consulting services include support in development of preliminary design concepts, procurement of goods including preparation of bidding documents and evaluation of submitted bids, monitoring and supervision during project implementation, ESHS activities, acceptance testing, claim management and reporting.
